How do I determine my correct size?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Our garments are often designed with high-quality stretch fabrics; however, we recommend following your specific measurements for the best 'Vixen' fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that clearance and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items have estimated shipping dates listed in their product descriptions. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available.
How should I care for my Vixen garments?
To preserve the longevity of our vintage-inspired designs, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Always check the specific care label inside your garment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center. We are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications, but please contact customer service immediately and we will do our best to assist.
